What's processing time? 🕰️

Processing time is the business days it takes us to fulfill your order. Please note, business days do not include weekends. Trust me, we try to get them shipped out as soon as possible!

Can I do an exchange if my size is too big/small?

We do offer you the chance to exchange your size, but since we are a small business we do require the customer to pay for shipping labels. If this is something you would like, please contact us through email; info@latinadreamerdesigns.com

 

What happens if my package gets lost!? 📦

Don't worry, your label already comes with insurance from USPS up to $100. Please allow a few days to be certain your package is lost and report it to USPS by reaching out to their customer service. How do I wash my apparel? 🧼

For all apparel we suggest,

  • Wash Inside Out
  • Machine Wash Cold
  • Mild Detergent
  • Do Not Dry Clean
  • Do Not Bleach 

  

Is the apparel customizable? 

Other than the options we have available for you to edit for your sweater, no. We cannot change the color of the thread, nor of the sweater color. All of our products are set in stone.

 

Can I buy something from you even if i'm not Latina?

Yes, of course! We try to put the english translation in the description, if not let us know, BUT our mission is to empower and if you'd like to support, then please do!
