Return/Exchange Policy

At this moment we do not accept returns, but we acknowledge if you purchase an apparel item it may not fit. 

If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the item by emailing us at info@latinadreamerdesigns.com or by leaving your information below. Please note, we have the right to decline the exchange if the item(s) come back in worn and/or damaged condition.

*Please note: If exchanged, customer is required to pay for shipping costs.

If you accidentally place an order and would like to get a refund, please contact us within 1 business day. 

 

Lost Packages/Stolen Packages

Don't worry, your label already comes with insurance from USPS up to $100. Please allow a few days to be certain your package is lost and report it to USPS by reaching out to their customer service. Wrong Items/Damaged Product

Mistakes can happen, so if you are given a product that wasn't correct in any way please contact us at info@latinadreamerdesigns.com

Please include a picture of the problem order and your receipt. Include a description as to what you were subjected to receive.
